These terms apply when you use mohhaya.netlify.app or buy from Mohhaya. By placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

Mohhaya is a women's clothing label from Kochi, Kerala, run by Mohhaya LLP. You can reach us at mohhaya.india@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 98950 63062.

Our pieces

Many of our pieces are block-printed, embroidered or finished by hand, so small variations in print, colour and stitching are part of each piece and not faults. We photograph our clothes as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping within India is free. We accept payment online through Razorpay by UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets.

First-order offer

When the website shows a first-order discount, it is taken off automatically at payment for your first order with us. An order counts as your first when neither your mobile number nor your email address has a paid order with Mohhaya. The discount applies once per customer and can't be exchanged for cash.

If a price on the website is wrong because of an error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when your payment succeeds and you see the confirmation screen. We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, the address can't be served, or we suspect fraud. In every such case, we refund the full amount.

Shipping, returns and credit notes

Delivery is covered in our shipping and delivery policy. Returns, credit notes, cancellations and refunds are covered in our returns policy.

Using this website

The designs, photographs, text and logo on this website belong to Mohhaya. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission. Please don't misuse the website, for example by attempting to break its security or placing orders in someone else's name.

Liability

We're responsible for delivering what you ordered in the condition described. Beyond replacing a piece, issuing a credit note or refunding under our policies, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
