Every Mohhaya order ships free, anywhere in India.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every order, whatever its value. There are no extra charges at checkout: the price you see includes all taxes.

When your order leaves us

We pack each order by hand in Kochi and dispatch it within 2 to 4 business days of payment. You'll get a WhatsApp message and an email with the courier name and tracking number when it ships.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 4 to 8 business days of dispatch. Orders within Kerala usually arrive sooner. Remote areas and some pincodes in the North East, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and the Andaman, Nicobar and Lakshadweep islands can take a few days longer.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all serviceable pincodes in India through our courier partners. We don't ship outside India yet. If your pincode isn't serviceable, we'll contact you and refund the full amount.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link we send, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

If your parcel arrives damaged

Don't accept a parcel that is visibly tampered with. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at mohhaya.india@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 98950 63062, and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
