This policy explains what Mohhaya collects when you shop with us, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address, and the details of what you ordered. If you join our list, we collect your email address. If you message us on WhatsApp or email, we keep that conversation.
We don't see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by Razorpay, a payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, under Razorpay's privacy policy.
How we use it
- To process, pack and deliver your order, and to handle returns, credit notes and refunds.
- To send order and delivery updates by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- To answer your questions.
- To send news about new collections, only if you joined our list. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
- To keep the records Indian tax and accounting law requires.
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed: your payment details with Razorpay, and your name, phone number and address with our courier partners so they can deliver. Our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes order and sign-up forms for us. We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
On your device
Our website stores your bag, wishlist and the delivery details you entered in your own browser, so they're there when you come back. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Razorpay may set cookies needed for secure payment.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax law requires, currently up to 8 years. We delete newsletter email addresses when you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing, at any time. Write to mohhaya.india@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 98950 63062. We'll respond within 30 days.
